Late C18 rusticated stucco front on a Heavitree stone house. 3 storeys, 4 windows,
sashes with glazing bars, round-headed on the ground floor. 6-panel door in round-
headed doorway with pediment on brackets and fanlight with interlace. Slate roof.
Nos 1 and 2 form a group with all the listed buildings in Cathedral Yard.
