Fermain House

II

House. Early C19. Stuccoed and with bitumenised slate hipped roof with bracketed
eaves. Corner pilasters, rusticated at base and with key pattern above. Two
storeys. Three bays. Central elliptically arched recess with keyblock containing
casement with margin panes and quatrefoil frieze above. Left and right first floor
sashes with glazing bars, ground floor french windows with margin panes and
rectangular fanlights with diamond panes. Central glazed porch with cast iron
cresting and tented canopy.
