Detached house - possibly the original house of Warmwell Farm. Probably
C18. Plastered cob walls, hipped thatched roof, central brick stack. 2 storeys.
Lower extension on south, with thatched roof. Single-storey rear lean-to -
with slate roof. Part-glazed door. Ground floor has 3 C20 casement windows.
First floor has 4 top-hung windows with glazing bars. RCHM Monument 8.
