Farmhouse. Early C19 or late C18. Fine cut and coursed limestone, Welsh
slate to coped verges, 4 ashlar stacks with cappings. Parallel range block,
late wing projects, right, towards road. Main front, away from road, 2
storeys, 3-windowed 16-pane sashes, but ground floor left replaced by French
doors, on east gable wall fine 6-panel fielded and moulded door approached
4 stone steps with moulded nosings under chinoiserie umbrella hood on very
good decorative iron trellis supports. To road, 2 storeys and basement,
3-windowed 10-pane sashes and low, left small single light opening with
vertical saddle bars and 2-light similar; off centre, right, up 7 steps
is 6-panel door, 4 glazed, and another door, to basement, left under segmen-
tal head. Interior not seen.
