Early C19. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with gable ends and overhanging eaves. 3 storeys.
2 windows, sashes without glazing bars. 1st floor left canted bay of sashes, right
hand ground floor moulded architrave doorcase with cornice, panelled door and rectangular
fanlight. Left hand flush panelled door.
