Farmhouse. Late C18, C19. English-bond brickwork, glass-slag block plinth; tiled roof;
Flemish-bond brickwork to left wing, slate roof. Three-window block, 2 rooms deep,
2-window, one room deep wing, all 2 storeys. Entrance front faces away from farmyard;
main block on right, symmetrical openings, offset slightly to left in facade. Half-
glazed front door, 3-pane rectangular fanlight, flat hood with moulded edge, wrought-
iron brackets. Either side a sash window, cambered head to sash, cambered brick arch.
First floor three 9-pane sash windows, cambered brick arch. Oversailing brick eaves,
hipped roof, masking 'M' roof behind, gables on rear wall: chimney right return, and
on both gables. To left wing set back, ground floor covered lean-to, open on right
with timber post, brick wall left: roof part glazed on right over 3-light casement on
wall behind. Boarded door to left of window, and on left return of main block. Two
4-pane sashes above, cambered brick arch. Brick oversailing eaves, hipped roof, lateral
chimney to rear. Left wing has stone plinth to rear; may be C19 rebuilding of part of
house older than present main block.
