Farmhouse, now a private house. C16, C18 brick infill and casing to
front of E crosswing. Timber frame exposed with red brick sill and
infill. Steep old red tile roofs. An irregular 2-storeys, L-shaped house
facing N with 3-bays hall range, lean-to at E gable, 2-storeys W cross
wing projecting to front and with catslide roofed W outshuts. Gabled
tiled porch on posts to battened door in middle of hall range. 4 flush
leaded casement windows. Hall range has a large internal chimney in the
rear part of the narrower central bay with lobby entrance to front, and
small window to space over. Wide panels to wall framing. Brickwork of 2
periods in casing to front of W wing. Clasped-purlin roof with collar
and struts exposed in E gable and front of crosswing. Straight braces
to corners of boxframe walls.
