Summer house. C18. Squared knapped flint, stone dressings to front, rest brick.
Square plan of pointed Gothic arch in front and stone quoins on corners. Over in
centre small gable with finial, On R side 2-light pointed Gothic window with
ferramenta. Inside on floor reset C13 decorated tiles from abbey, pointed vault,
groined on front half.
