House. Early C18, N brick gable and chimney C19. Timber frame on high
stuccoed sill, dark weatherboarded, with red brick N gable wall, and
steep old red tile roofs. A 2 storeys, 3 cells, end chimney plan house
facing E. Front has 2 2-light windows to each floor, the top right and
lower left windows Yorkshire sliding casements with small panes. Smaller
sliding casement to right of upper left window presumably lights a
staircase. S gable external C18 brick chimney with 2 flues, and lean-to
S end weatherboarded extension with stuccoed sill continued round it.
Right hand third of front is separately boarded suggesting N end a
former cross-wing or extension. Rear has 3 sliding casements to 1st
floor, central glazed porch added, and similar separate boarding to N
end.
