House and workshop; now house. C18, with C19 extensions and C20 alteration.
Coursed sandstone rubble with irregular quoins and pantile roof. Central-
entry plan to house, later extended into workshop to left; other extensions
to rear. 2-storey, 4-window front. C20 board door to centre right.
Windows to former workshop are 2-light, small-pane, horizontal-sliding
sashes; remaining windows are similar, of 3 lights. Stone sills to all
windows, and renewed lintels to all openings. Coped gables and shaped
kneelers. End and centre stacks. Included for group value.
