Service range, now factory. Mid-C18 with mid-C20 alterations. Brick
with hipped plain tiled roof and central ridge stack. Two storeys with
modillion eaves cornice. 3:2:3 bays; central two bays break forward and
are gabled; windows have gauged flat heads, ashlar keyblocks and sills
and were originally all 12-pane sashes; the first floor window of the sixth
bay is blind and the two ground floor windows of the central two bays have
inserted casements; doors with transom lights have been inserted into the
second and seventh bays but the opening in the seventh bay has now been
blocked; there is a blocked circular window in the central gable apex.
Interior: large brick firepleace in ground floor room to left of centre.
