Formerly one building. C17. Rubble. 2 storeys. 3 gables. 3 light casements
lath moulded stone mullions, drip moulds. One 4-light ditto. 2 plain doors.
Shop with circa 1900 window with pilasters and glazing bars to right. No 8 is a
later 2 storey extension to rear with C17 studded door. Pantile roofs.
Interior: wide stop chamfers to beam. Central fireplace with high pointed and
chamfered lintel. Winder stairs, newel and risers have incised moulding. Stair
window is of 2 lights with ovolo moulded mullion. 1st floor stair door has stop
moulded ovolo surround. Original attic door, studded, with rebate and incised
surround. Attic in roof space with windbraces.
