House and outbuilding. 1846 on datestone; C20 modernisation. For the
Wykeham estate. Dressed sandstone with pantile roof and rebuilt brick
stacks. Central-staircase plan, 1½ rooms deep. 2-storey, 2-window front
with single-storey, single-window to left. Central C20 board door with
overlight beneath datestone inscribed:

End stacks. Left side: plank door with 2-light horizontal-sliding sash to
left. Shuttered pitching opening above. Heavy lintels to all openings.
Rear: 2-light, 24-pane horizontal-sliding sashes.
