House and outbuilding. 1846 on datestone. For the Wykeham estate. Dressed
sandstone on plinth, with pantile roof and rebuilt brick stacks. Central-
staircase plan, 1½ rooms deep, with service outbuilding to rear left. 2-
storey, 2-window front with single-storey outbuilding to left. Central
board door beneath divided overlight. 16-pane sashes with stone sills
throughout. Chiselled lintels to all openings. Datestone over door
inscribed:

End stacks. Left side: plank door with 2-light horizontal-sliding sash to
left. Shuttered pitching opening above. Heavy lintels to all openings.
Rear: 2-light, 24-pane horizontal-sliding sashes.
