House and outbuilding. Early C19. Hammered sandstone with slate roof to
house, pantile roof to outbuilding; brick stacks. 2-storey, 2-window
front with 1½-storey, 1-window outbuilding at left. C20 panelled house
door, right of centre, flanked by 16-pane sashes with painted stone sills.
Similar windows on first floor. All openings have painted, tooled
lintels. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks. Outbuilding has
plank door to left of 6-pane window, with similar window above. All
openings have plain lintels. Coped left gable and shaped kneeler.
