House. C17 or earlier, W crosswing C19/C20. Timber frame on
stucco sill, exposed on E end, weatherboarded at rear, roughcast
at front, with half-timbered crosswing and lean-to porch on W.
Steep thatched roofs, W wing half-hipped. Probably a 2-unit end-
chimney house of one and a half storeys enlarged beyond the
chimney. Faces N with large double-window eyebrow dormer and 2
small-paned windows below. W wing has a 3-light casement window
on each floor and the roof sweeps down over the doorway with
battened door. Windows at 2 levels in rear wall of old part.
Canted bay window with thatched roof on W end.
