Early C19. yellow brick. Hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Overhanging eaves.
Continuous first floor sill. Three bays: sashes with glazing bars. Door with
2 moulded and 6 fielded panels, semi-circular fanlight, moulded imposts and voussoirs,
and elliptically shaped porch with ashlar Tuscan columns and full entablature. Side
elevation has ground floor verandah on cast iron piers with ornamental openwork leaf
decoration.
