Mid-C19. White-washed brick. Hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Band. Continuous
first floor sill. Three bays wide and 3 bays deep: sashes with glazing bars. Tuscan
porch with full entablature: door with 2 moulded panels and semi-circular fanlight,
moulded imposts and voissoirs. Five bay extension to west, apparently slightly
earlier.

History. The residence of Henry Greenwood, who endowed St Anne's Hospital with £1,000
for a new building (see High Saint Agnesgate).
