Lodge to Watts House, now known as Cedar Falls (qv). Mid C19, enlarged mid C20. Red sandstone random rubble with white
stone dressings, quoins, slate roofs, coped verges with kneelers, decorative ridge tiles, pair of twisted chimneys
right. "T"-plan, gabled block with gabled cross wing facing South-east flanked by conservatory to right and single
storey extension to left. One and a half storeys, 4-light mullioned and transomed canted bay window with slate roof,
2-light window above with rusticated surround and circular decorative panel in gable end, string course of diamond
panels that continues as cornice of the single storey, one bay canted extension to right, C20 window and door. Original
entrance to left in angle of cross wing through single storey lean-to conservatory incorporating twisted wooden
columns.
