House. C18, enlarged early C19. Render grooved as ashlar, quoins, also distinguishing pedimented bay, hipped slate
roof, brick stacks. C18 "U"-plan with pedimented centred block facing South, early C19 2 bay extension to East.
2-storeys, 2:1:4 bays, 12 pane sash window except round headed window in pedimented bay above doorway, flanked by
canted bays with single hung 9 pane sash windows and blind boxes. Gabled porch, slate roof carried on octagonal wooden
piers resting on dwarf wall. Panelled door with fanlight. Formerly known as Pencraig.
