Former farmhouse with outbuilding. Probably C18. House is Ham stone cut and squared to near ashlar, with exposed timber lintels; thatch between coped gables, end chimney stack. Two-storeys, three bays. Two-and three-light casement windows with horizontal glazing bars (none to upper bay-three); entrance to rear, Interior not seen. To East outbuilding in rubble and thatch, with a rendered bay having timber frame with brick infill part exposed; a variety of timber casement windows with plain double doors to bay-four.

Adjoining outbuilding to East is the End House (qv).
