Early C19, yellow stock brick, slate roof, 2-storeyed house. Four windows. Thin
pilaster and cornice surround to door of south elevation. Sash windows with shallow
segmental arches and louvred shutters. Broad, plain eaves cornice. Inset rounded
angles on west end, north one having curved sash window. Included for group value.
