Barn 10 metres south-west of Dimmer Farmhouse

Barn. Dated 1736. Cary stone coursed rubble; double Roman clay tile roof, coped at south end, with some corrugated iron
sheeting. Single storey, but later floor inserted in part; 4 bays. Projecting porch under hipped roof, with full-height
stable-type doors, on east side, matching tall doors to west; further hipped projection to south-west corner, and lean-to
against north gable. Collar truss roof, mostly original timbers. Forms good group value with Dimmer Farmhouse
(qv).
