Detached house. Dated 1819. Cary stone ashlar with Doulting dressings; concrete double Roman tiles between stepped
coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Double roof plan; 3 storeys, 3 bays. Plain beaded surrounds to 4-pane sash windows;
to lower bay 2 a 6-panel door in semi-circular arched recess under radial glazed fanlight, with architrave and open
pediment hood on simple brackets. Two large raked buttresses to north gable: oval datestone with simple hood, reading
'RP/1819' set at end of valley between roofs on this gable. Interior not seen.
