House and front railings. Mid C18. Rendered with ashlar dressings, stone
slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Central part-glazed door in moulded, eared
stone surround with bolection frieze, and pediment. 4-pane sash windows.
Flanking door, C19 canted bays with lead roofs. Windows on first and second
floors in moulded ashlar surrounds, the one over the door eared and on
2 corbels, the second-floor windows half-size. Moulded sill band to second
floor. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, end stacks. To the left, 2-storey
lower range of one bay, the windows in plain surrounds. Hipped roof.
In front of house, low wall of coursed rubble with ashlar coping, supporting
wrought-iron railings with alternate wavy and plain bars and urn finials to
standards. In centre, 2 simple ashlar gate-piers and gate of plain bars
with arrow finials.
