Mid-late C18 front on house which may be older. 2 storeys, 5 windows in
all. Tiled roof, continuous at front, but having 3 parallel roof ridges
at right-angles behind. Moulded cornice with guilloche band. No 8 red
brick, No 10 red brick with diaper of blue headers. No 8 3 windows, sashes
with glazing bars, the lst floor centre window with gothic glazing. No
10 2 windows, the lst floor left blocked and painted to imitate the gothic
glazing of No 8, the ground floor window on oriel bay. Windows alternate
with doors, No 8 has 6-panel door, the top 2 panels glazed, in wide moulded
architrave with cornice hood on curved brackets over. No 10 has similar
door but with no architrave and plain, dentil cornice.
Nos 6 to 10 (even) form a group.
