South east aspect. Church build of cobble stones, with sandstone dressings. Tower with angle buttresses and parapet of tower in squared stone. C15 Battlements, crocketed pinnacles. On the east side, the roofline of an earlier, steeper pitched roof: pre clerestory. Nave, chancel and porch have cocped gables with kneelers, and cross finials. Nave eastern window has Decorated Gothic style cusped intersecting tracery. The chancel windows have Early English Gothic style plate tracery. (Photo Apr 2009).
