Small house and walled garden. C18; cottage extended late C18/early C19.
Limestone rubble with timber lintels; old plain-tile roof with brick stacks
2-unit lobby-entry plan, extended. storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front, with
margin-light sashes and rustic porch, is extended by a bay to right with one
tiny casement Roof has a ridge stack and a gable stack to right. Rubble walls
with brick copings enclose a large kitchen garden. Interior of cottage not
inspected,
