Farmhouse and stables. C18. Chequer brick with a rubble stone base and
side walls and a gabled stone tiled roof with end stacks on brick with
dressed stone tops. S front of 2 storeys and attic; 3 bays with a dog-tooth
brick cornice, gauged bricks to window heads and 3-light C19 casements with
wood glazing bars. Stone architrave to 6-panelled door with a 2-light
rectangular fanlight. Brick outshut to rear with Welsh slates and further
2-storey brick extensions on the N. Early C18 stable range adjoining to the
NE, of coursed squared stone and brick dressings with a stone tiled roof,
gabled at the S end, hipped at the N end. 2 storeys; 7 bays with cambered
heads to windows.
