Formerly listed as Midland Bank in provisional list. Probably second quarter
of C19. 2 storey 6 window stucco facade rebuilt on ground floor in modern
ashlar work. Upper storey has sashes in cased frames (no glazing bars)
moulded architraves and entablature with pulvinated frieze, string band
at sill level with balustraded spaces under, dentilled cornice and parapet.
Roof of Welsh slates, box dormer.

All the listed buildings in High Street (South Side) form a group.
