C16. The south-east front is half-H-shaped. Two storeys and attic. Four
windows. Ashlar. Tiled roof. Casement windows with stone mullions and dripstones.
Four-centred doorway with dripstone over and the initials M.E. in the spandrels.
The wings have gabled containing attic windows. The portion between has gabled
dormers with tiny round attic windows. The north-west or entrance front is
faced with flints, as is the south-west wall which has a chimney breast of
flints and stone. C18 additions in stucco and flints to the north-east.
