Simple, 2 storey plus attic, 3 window building of probably early C18 origin but over restored. Included for group interest, mainly on account of old tile roof with 2 gabled dormers in continuation of the roof to the "Mill House" (No 4). Walls covered with modern roughcast. Modern door. Modern transomed and mullioned oak frames with casements and leaded lights.

All the listed buildings in Mill Street (both sides) form a group
