3 houses. 1899. By William and Segar Owen. Brick and
pebbledash, tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, the 1st bay
recessed under gable. Weathered sill and flat band to
ground floor has gauged-brick cambered arches and 3-light
leaded casements. 1st floor has 4-light double-chamfered-
mullioned windows with brick mullions and deep brick sills.
Entrances have gauged-brick cambered arches and plank doors,
that to No. 216 with overlight. Cross-axial stack. Returns
have pebbledash and diapering that to No. 216 of 2 bays with
gable and lateral stack. Rear similar, small-paned
casements, tile-hung gables, privies.
