House, now shop. Mid C18. Rendered. Plain-tile roof has part of shaped gable to
right end; brick right end stack. Originally L-plan, but much extended to rear.
2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. Left corner has fielded 6-panelled door in
early C19 painted reeded wood surround with corner roundels. Slight projection
between first and second bays. Fielded 6-panelled door with blind fanlight, and
late C18/early C19 painted wood doorcase of Tuscan Doric half-columns and open
pediment. Late C19 wood shop front, with later alterations, has central
half-glazed double-leaf doors, 2 bays with narrow curved vertical panels to
outer angles and continuous entablature. First floor has sashes with moulded
frames and rendered rusticated flat arches with keyblocks. Moulded cornice and
parapet with balustrading above each bay, and small fluted urns to corners.
