RCHM 193. Probably a C18 4-storeyed stuccoed timber-framed fronting of
a C16-17 structure with cellars. There is a bar front to the ground floor
and
a Welsh slate roof. In the 1st floor is a 3-light sash window in a wood
frame and in the 2nd floor 1 sash window in a wood frame. There is a 2-light
casement window in the 3rd floor. Interior:- RCHM page 108a. Includes a
panelled door and possibly some stencilled patterns on plaster, now covered,
on the walls of the 1st floor.

Nos 48 to 53 (consec) form a group with Trinity and Balliol Colleges.
