Early C19. Upper facade rebuilt to make good war and other damage. Stock
brick with parapet front. Ground floor and basement stuccoed with incised
lines. Three storeys, and basement, 2 windows, replaced sashes with glazing
bars. Gauged brick flat arches on upper floors, stucco moulded architraves
below. Six-panel replaced door with radial fanlight in raised stucco surround
with impost blocks. Rebuilt steps with side wall and wrought iron handrail.
Rebuilt cast iron forecourt railing and capped brick piers.
