House. C17. Banded limestone and ironstone squared coursed rubble with ironstone
quoins. Wood shingle roof with brick end stack. Roof hipped to left. 2 storeys.
2-window range. 2-unit plan. To right an old plank door with wood lintel. 2
openings to left with wood lintels, the window missing. To first floor left and
right 3-light wood mullioned casements. C20 outshut to rear left. Brick patching
to rear. Interior: large chamfered spine beam with stepped stops. Blocked open
fireplace, with bressumer remaining. Upstairs a further chamfered spine beam.
Pegged queen strut roof. Original purlins and rafters remain, with new rafters
above. In poor physical condition.
