House on corner of St Thomas' Street. Late C18 3-storeyed red brick with
a moulded eaves cornice and brick parapet. 2 brick stacks at the back on
west. The east ground floor has 2 1-light sash windows with brick architraves
and in the 2nd floor are sash windows, (2 3-light and 1 single-light). Bracketed
flat hood to front doorway above which is a contemporary fanlight. The south
side has blocked windows. The windows have glazing bars.
