GV II

Detached House; second quarter C19; well-squared grey sandstone,
slate roof. 2-storey L-plan with angle infilled in single storey.
Symmetrical front, with slightly recessed narrow centre: 3 windows
wide. Windows 3-light mullion, with hoodmould. Front door in
centre, in 5 vertical panels, plain fanlight above to 4-centred
arch with recessed spandrel to flat head; hoodmould above. 2
gables above, with shaped bargeboards, centre taken up between to
terminate with string and crenellations. 2 diagonally-set ashlar
chimney stacks on each side behind main roof, parallel to front.
