Farmhouse. Early C19. Rendered, Welsh slate roof to hipped ends and stone stacks,
back in painted rubble. T-plan. Two storeys, 3-windowed, 12-pane sash to segmental
heads and stone cills, central panelled door in C20 glazed porch; gabled end at
back has arched sash. This is modest C19 vernacular architecture, but remains
externally almost untouched, unlike most properties in the area.
