House. Circa 1830. Stock brick in part rendered, with tiled roof. Three
storeys and basement, with rusticated base and parapet and stack to rear.
Sash to 2nd floor, with vertical glazing bars intact, and with rendered head.
Two storey canted bay with moulded panels below sashes. Boarded door to right
with semi-circular fanlight in moulded surround, with 2 steps, and swept rails,
with simple rails and wrought gate to basement area.
