18th century. 2 storeys. 5 windows, sash, with glazing bars, flush frames
and flat arches. Red brick. Wood ogee bracket eaves cornice. Pantile roof,
hipped. Ground floor partly stucco, lined and painted, mainly with wood
shop front including 2 entrances. Important position. Good 18th century staircase.

Twyford House and Nos 2 and 4 Exchange Square form a group with Nos 1 to 11
odd and No 11A Blyburgate.
