Probably 18th century, altered. 2 storeys and dormers. 5 windows at 1st
floor. Pantile roof. Low parapet with stone cope. Brick, painted. Gauged
flat arches to recessed sash windows now with central glazing bars only.
19th century shops at ground floor with wood cases. Group value.

Lloyds Bank and Premises adjoining to North and South form a group with
Nos 1 and 3 Newmarket.
