16th century, altered. 2 storeys and attic. 1 dormer. Red brick.
4 windows, sash in flush frames, and now with centre glazing bars only.
Flat arches. Pantiles. Parapet. Interior: main feature, besides 2
or 3 original oak doors, is 16th century geometrical patterned ceiling
at lst floor with fleur-de-lys and Tudor rose enrichment.

Newmarket forms a most important central group including the buildings
around and in the "island".
