17th century. 3 storeys. Red brick with bands. Dutch gable with arched
window. Wrought iron ties in gable with initials ER. 5, 2 windows sash
with flush frames, glazing bars and flat arches. Powder closet on 1st
floor. At the entrance to the cellar under the main building is a part
of the "Old Beccles harbour wall". A wooden platform and steps on each
side have been erected to circumnavigate it.
