Shop with dwelling. Late C18/early C19. Flemish bond brick painted to the front, pantile roof hipped to the front. Long angled plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. All windows have flat arches to C20 windows and C20 shop below. The curved corner to the right is of header bricks; the long right return is angled to the right end of 5-window range; to the left it has 2 blind windows on all floors; a 2-storey C20 stair extension in the angle, and 3/6-pane sashes to rear upper floor and 6/6-pane sashes below. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
