House: mid-late C18 with C19 additions to the rear. Flemish bond
orange brick with yellow headers, stone dressings. Welsh slate roof
and 2 brick gable chimneys. 2-storey, 2-bay front. Stone plinth,
moulded to one side, and coped brick blocking course. Windows are
flush 12-pane sashes under flat wedged shaped stone heads and stone
sills. Door to left has a semi-circular gauged and rubbed brick head
to doorcase with fluted columns. Semi-circular fanlight with radial
glazing bars in a border of Greek key design. 6-panelled door.
Extensions to rear in keeping.
Interior: Moulded C19 door architraves with square rosettes in the
corners, containing 5 and 6-panelled doors. Open well staircase with
plain balusters and bracketed open string. Panelled shutters fielded
at the 1st floor.
