Kennels with attached house, now houses and offices. Dated 1837. Coursed squared limestone; clay tile roofs with coped verges; 2 ashlar ridge stacks with moulded tops, 2 similar lateral stacks to centre of front range, 3 similar stacks on kennel ranges to rear, one rebuilt in concrete blockwork. Residential front range facing Tetbury Road has 3 ranges of kennels around 3 courtyards to rear; 3 gables to front, one to centre, one breaking forward slightly to centre of each flanking wing. Front range is 3-storey to centre flanked by 2 single-storey wings. First floor has one 2-light chamfered stone mullion window with C19 iron casements, one similar window to second floor. Ground floor has one similar 3-light mullion-and-transom window to centre, one similar 2-light mullion-and-transom window in gabled bay to centre of each flanking wing; wing to left has 2 similar 3- and one 2-light stone mullion windows, wing to right has 2 similar 3-light windows. Plinth; flush quoins to all angles. Trefoil symbol carved in relief in each gable, to centre also with coronet and date 1837. Base of wrought-iron weather vane at apex of centre gable. Single-storey ranges of kennels to rear have 3 gables to right side with string course over ground floor, walled yards between ranges of building entered by 3 plank doors in plain reveals with heavy stone lintels projecting above coping of wall, to centre surmounted by stone figure of fox. Attached cottage to rear left is coursed squared limestone with timber-framing in gable, clay tile roof, gable facing; ashlar ridge stack with moulded top. Single-storey and attic, one-window range. Ground floor has one 3-light chamfered stone-mullion window with C19 iron casements, hoodmould with relieving arch over. 3-light timber casement in gable. Plank door to right in chamfered stone surround with floating cornice over. Plinth with chamfered top, flush quoins to left and right angles. Brattished collar over gable window. Timber-framed dormer with 3-light timber casement on right slope of roof. INTERIOR not inspected.
