Shop with flat over. Early C19 with later C19 and C20
alterations. Lined-out stucco to front, reconstituted stone to
rear; artificial slate roof; no stack. 3-storey 2-window
range. First floor has two 6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals;
second floor has two similar 3/6-pane sashes. Ground floor has
late C19 timber shopfront matching that at 15 Dollar Street
(qv) with 3 windows with heavy moulded timber mullions and
segmental heads to windows, recessed glazed door with
segmental-headed overlight to centre right, surround with 3
panelled pilaster strips with carved consoled brackets and
lions heads on blocks over, frieze, blind box and moulded
timber cornice. INTERIOR not inspected; building possibly
rebuilt behind front wall. Included for group value.
