2 shops with offices over. Mid C19. Stucco to front and sides;
brick to rear right, slate hanging to upper part of rear left
(not visible below); Welsh slate roof; truncated rendered
right-end stack on rear slope. Building is in 2 parts of
similar date and now in same occupation across upper floors.
3-storey 5-window range. First floor has five C19 horned plate
glass sashes; 2 to left in flat unmoulded eared and shouldered
surrounds with segmental heads with timber panel infilling
above windows, moulded stone cills on simple brackets. To
right 3 windows in plain reveals with keyed lintels and
continuous moulded cill band. Second floor has two windows to
left similar to first floor left with timber panels above but
in plain reveals and with unmoulded cills. Windows to second
floor right similar to first floor right; separate cills
moulded as cill band below. Ground floor has pair of C20
timber shopfronts with central C20 glazed door. Pilaster
strips to first and second floor left and centre; plat band
over first floor right; rusticated quoins to right angle. 3
large brackets at eaves to left, centre and right. INTERIORS
not inspected.
